Is Ultra Europe 2020 festival rescheduled?

Here is the official statement issued by the Ultra Europe festival Organization team at May 22th, 2020:

“It is with a heavy heart that, due to the ongoing pandemic stemming from COVID-19, the 8th edition of Ultra Europe originally scheduled for 10-12 July 2020 at Park Mladeži is being rescheduled to 9-11 July 2021.

The current health crisis is an unprecedented situation, and there is no higher priority for us than the health, safety and well-being of all our fans, as well as all those involved with the production of the event.

Tickets will remain valid and will be honored for use at the rescheduled festival. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend, you have the option to seek a refund. All purchasers will be contacted via email with more information on how to make their choice.

As we continue to monitor the ongoing health crisis together with authorities, we encourage our fans to stay home, wash their hands, practice social distancing and be good to one another. We look forward to reuniting next year in beautiful Croatia for Ultra Europe 2021!”

Is it possible to transfer all booked services to one of the following seasons?

The safety and health of our travelers is our highest priority and therefore we want to provide them the best solution in given conditions. Keeping in mind the worldwide situation in the past few months – global coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak – Travel2Ultra as accommodation & travel partner of the Ultra Europe festival, offers the possibility of transferring all booked services to one of the following seasons – 2021 or 2022, by your choice.

By transferring your booking to season 2021 or 2022 you are keeping the full booking value and will have no additional costs connected with the decision to use your originally booked services in one of the following seasons.

Are there any special benefits for rescheduling?

Besides of the possibility to transfer all booked services to one of the following seasons, and keeping the full booking value with no cancellation charges connected to your decision, all Ultra Europe 2020 festival ticket buyers who decide to transfer their festival ticket to one of the following seasons will receive a complimentary 20,00 EUR on-site credit that will be applied to their 2021 or 2022 festival wristband(s)! This special wristband value can be redeemed at the festival only and used for Food, Drinks or Official Merchandise. This benefit is not applicable if you haven’t purchased the festival ticket (some of you have booked accommodation only and/or additional services).

Is it possible to transfer the booking to a friend or family member?

Booking holders are allowed to transfer the booked services to friends or family members (keeping in mind the current situation, travelers’ names may be changed once free of charge; in case of multiple change requests, the standard change fee will be applied).

I would like to keep my 2020 summer vacation plans in Croatia. Is it possible?

Yes, you will be able to have your planned summer vacation in Croatia and we are here to assist you with that. Frequently asked questions and answers regarding the conditions of entry to the Republic of Croatia considering the restrictions in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 are available at the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia web page.

When will I get an updated Booking confirmation if keeping my accommodation in 2020?

For those who choose to have their summer vacation in 2020, an updated accommodation Booking confirmation will be issued latest by June 25th, 2020.

When will I get an updated Booking confirmation if I transfer my booking to one of following seasons?

For those who choose to transfer their bookings to one of the following seasons, your decision will be noted and an updated Booking confirmation will be issued as soon as the tickets, accommodation & extras sales for the chosen season begins.

I want to transfer my booking to the following season, but have paid the deposit only. When will I be charged for the remaining balance?

Don’t worry, we won’t charge you anytime soon. Season 2020 deposit payers who haven’t finalized their payments yet and want to transfer their bookings to one of the following seasons will have an extended final payment deadline (the new final payment due date: February 10th, 2021).

I'm not interested in offered benefits and transferring the paid amount to the following seasons. Can I get a refund?

We have offered various options and benefits to all Travel2Ultra buyers. If you are not interested in any of those, please note that by the Terms&Conditions a refund option is offered for the festival ticket only and is not applicable to other booked services: “Since Travel2Ultra is not the organizer of the Ultra Europe Festival, Travel2Ultra is not responsible and/or liable for the event of cancellation of the Ultra Europe Festival. In an event of Ultra Europe Festival cancellation, Travel2Ultra can only return the face value of the ticket that was purchased for the aspect of the package that was linked directly to the festival itself”.

However, keeping in mind the current global situation, to all of those who don’t want to transfer their booked services to the following seasons, we are offering CMT d.o.o. travel vouchers, issued for the face value of booked services minus the non-refundable fees, valid for travel arrangements in Croatia for the period from 5th July 2020 to 31st December 2021. Travel vouchers are non-transferable.
